How long have you been in business?
We have been in the pool care business since 1979. We are still managed day to day by the original owner.
What do you do when you come every week to service my pool?
Your pool needs weekly care in three main areas: First we clean the pool. Second, we test and balance the pool chemistry and third we address those issues related to the function of the pool equipment: we clean the baskets, we backwash, we empty the pool cleaner bag, we run the hose to add water.
Does your company take care of everything, or do I have to rely on somebody else for repairs?
We perform all repairs associated with Inground, gunite (concrete) pools. We also do complete pool remodeling. And, over the past twenty-five years we have customized hundreds of swimming pool safety covers.
Do your weekly techs come on the same day each week?
Yes. From years and year of hearing from customers that had other service companies, we found that a consistent schedule is the one thing they care most about.
Do I have to talk to a machine when I call?
During normal business hours, we have two office personnel to handle your phone calls. You will speak with a human being.
